Xbox Series S Toaster with Xbox Logo Bread inside

Feel like waking up in the morning to a mouthful of Xbox? With the all-new Xbox Series S Toaster that imprints the Xbox logo onto toast, you now can. And yes, it’s real.

Available at Walmart for $39.99 (spotted by user Wario64), the Xbox Series S Toaster now sits alongside the Xbox Series X Mini Fridge to expand on Microsoft’s strange range of meme-born kitchen appliances. This isn’t the first time it’s been spotted; it was spotted in early 2023 on a French website (via user Gyo Jvfr).

The two-slice toaster has the Xbox Series S signature look: a white box with a black circular air vent. In case you’re wondering, it won’t let you toast your bread while playing games on Xbox Game Pass.

The good news is the Xbox-themed toaster isn’t just for show. It lets you toast bread, English muffins, frozen waffles, and bagels with six different browning levels, from lightly toasted to dark. Moreover, it comes with a digital LED countdown timer, an anti-jam function, automatic temperature control, a removable crumb tray, and non-stick-coated plates.

As for the Xbox logo imprint for the “ultimate slice of fandom,” as the listing reads, the toaster offers an auto-centring guide so it stays in the middle of your toast every time.

It’s currently only available via Walmart in the US, and there’s no telling whether it will become available overseas. That said, the Xbox Series X Fridge can now be bought on Amazon and eBay, and it’s available in plenty of regions, including the UK.

The Xbox Series S console may not have been the most popular, considering it dropped 52% in sales across Europe in 2023, but the toaster version of the console may do a better job. After all, it’s “the next generation toasting console.”

As Microsoft continues its bizarre list of Xbox products, including those furry Sonic the Hedgehog 2 custom Xbox controllers, it’s also working on an Xbox mobile store for smartphones – and it could be here sooner than you think.
