Alibaba Buyers Club also has a Buyers Club, which offers different levels with increasingly better benefits. They range from Standard to Pro Buyer, and you can earn points to upgrade.

To earn points, you can verify your business, spend over $300,000 in a year (that’s no joke), place orders and simply visit the site on a daily basis.

Buyers with a new account are placed at Standard, which offers quick refunds on order under $500. That’s about the only benefit you’ll get, while Silver, Gold, Platinum and Pro Buyer delivers refunds of up to $1,000.

That’s not all. Benefits for higher tiers also includes a $10 discount with new suppliers, up to 50% off with member prices, 90% off samples, 60-day order protection and even’s very own fulfillment service.

If you’re just starting out, it may take a while to build up enough points. However, the main goal here is to have an account to reach out to suppliers. Besides, you can count on Amazon FBA centres to store your stock, and a few discounts here and there are only a few minor bonuses.
